Dusting Cleaning Method
Epidote is physically durable (Mohs hardness 6–7), but Epidote needles can be brittle. Please use a soft-bristled makeup brush to clean physical dust. Or with a mild soap wash under running water. Gently pat dry or leave to dry.
Energy Recharge
To restore a singular Epidote energy, place the specimen on a clear quartz cluster or a similarly high-frequency matrix. This essential "power boost" serves to fully recalibrate the stone.As a matrix, it usually does not require cleansing as they are able to cleanse and restore its energy. However if you recognize that your cluster has turned dull or drains of energy, you can restore its energy by placing the specimen next to high frequency clusters like clear quartz or golden healer for several hours. Or put it out to the sun.
Handle the Base
Some clusters are prone to "cleavage," meaning it can easily shatter or lose crystals if dropped or bumped. Always pick it up by the rocky base (matrix) rather than the points.
