Refunds will only be accepted if:
The item to be refunded is kept in its original condition before sale;
The refund takes place within 30 days of date of purchase;
For hygiene reasons, hygiene-sensitive products are not refundable. Products include, but are not limited to, earrings, necklaces, etc.
All refunds can only take place in-person at the store and with the receipt as proof of purchase.
All refunds are subjects to a service charge of 10% of each item's purchase price.
