REFUNDS

Refunds will only be accepted if:

1. The item to be refunded is kept in its original condition before sale; and

2. The refund takes place within 30 days of date of purchase; and

3. The item was not bought at a discounted price.

For hygiene reasons, we can choose to refuse the refund of hygiene-sensitive products even if they meet the above conditions. These products include, but are not limited to, earrings, necklaces, etc.

All refunds can only take place in-person at the store and with the receipt as proof of purchase.

All refunds are subjects to a service charge of 10% of each item's purchase price.
